An amazing project, we were able to help Mrs. Parker with not only selling her house but also doing an estate sale leaving her stress-free with cash in her hand.

I think everyone in our team enjoyed Flipping this house, one of the extra items on this contract was that we agreed to help the Seller in selling everything inside the property, so my wife held an Estate Sale over the next 2 weekends. The Seller had a lot of Furniture that was antique and in incredibly good conditions, so it was particularly important for us and for the Seller to make sure that we find the correct buyer for them! Also, there were items from the Past away Army Coronel Veteran that we knew had value for our history, so we had to call several Army Museums to see if we could donate these items. I think a big effort was made by our team to ensure everything was appropriately sold or donated to people that care about the items.
